Shipping policy

Processing times of products will generally take 1-2 weeks.  During peak times, major holiday seasons, there may be an increased shipping time outside of our control.  We do our very best to get orders out in a timely manner.

Please double check your address before submitting your order as Apex Protection Project Shop is not responsible for incorrect shipping information.  Once orders have been shipped Apex Protection Project is unable to reclaim any packages that are lost or delivered to the wrong address.  We are not liable for any lost, stolen, general mail delays, or customs delays.   Refunds will not be provided for lost or stolen packages in the mail as this is out of our control.  Customers outside of the United States will be responsible for any and all customs charges that may be applicable for packages upon arrival in their said countries.
